The Post
An opportunity has become available for a web/graphic designer. You would be responsible for developing new brands, creating brochures, stationary and websites.
A creative Flair is essential. Full working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML and CSS is an advantage, the ability to interpret ideas and desires and make them reality, working knowledge of Adobe Flash and an understanding and working knowledge of JavaScript is desirable but not essential. You will be responsible for the design of new websites from conception to the final design. As well as maintaining, amending and updating existing client's websites. You would be working closely with our web developers to create not just brochure sites but much larger dynamic websites, such as social networking websites. Salary - between £12,000 and £18,000 dependant on experience

The Post
The purpose of the post is to expand our development team to keep up with the demand for our services. The job entails developing cutting edge SMS and web based technologies and writing performance critical software. You will be responsible for developing and extending GloverSure's software portfolio and working in partnership with other members of the development team to produce tailored solutions to satisfy customers. One of your major responsibilities will be to add new services to our SMS/MMS platform. You are preferably someone with a passion to become a lead developer within the near future. You will have responsibility for the design of projects and to liaise with the account manager and clients from time to time. If you so wish there are also opportunities in the company to become more involved in the business management.
Person specification
Education / qualification
Someone with PHP experience and/or a graduate with 2-1 Honours or higher in Computer Science or close equivalent and at least 1 year in industry.
Experience
Programming experience is essential. Preferably PHP and MySQL experience. ASP as well as UNIX knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
Personal qualities and abilities
The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
