Greener Homes & Buildings Customer Relationship Tool
This was developed for our customer Greener Homes and Buildings, the intention of the system was to record and assist in the communication between GHB and their clients. The system was automatically connected to their website, so that when an enquiry came in, it was added to the CRM and forwarded an email alert to their administration. From there, any user of the system could view the enquiry and take ownership and create jobs, that could be assigned to themselves or another user of the system. The status of each job can be recorded, and then the enquiries are closed once all tasks are completed.
The system automatically saves the contact details of each enquirer and can be exported to generate address labels or personalised letters. The system also stores details of all suppliers to allow a member of staff to quickly recommend a supplier to any of their customers. And there are many more features to this system.
