Custom Development Methodology
Through years of experience GloverSure has fine tuned its methodology and approach to developing a solution that meets the customer's requirements.
We first gather the requirements for a project that will allow us to give you a 'ballpark' price for the project. If you are happy with this we then write a detailed specification for the project with you and try to suggest options that you may not have considered. Once this document is finalised we then give a fixed price on the work.
The client is updated of progress throughout the development and regular meetings are held either by telephone or face to face.
The system is then fully tested either by the client or by ourselves (depending on client's budget) and finally the system is put live.
We then offer ongoing support and training when required.
