SMS for the Public Sector

We have worked with numerous County councils and Government Agencies, largely providing Alert and reporting systems. SMS can be used to improve many services and can also save money.

Examples of how our services are/can be used include a broken street light reporting system that allows the public to text in the unique number on the post and graffiti reporting system that allows people to send in a text message and/or an MMS (picture message) of the offenceThis can also then be forwarded onto a website and the progress on this problem can then be reported back to the public.

Other examples include flood alerts via SMS and traffic reports.
