High Standards

Once a concept design has been agreed upon the next stage is to code up the website into HTML and CSS. The majority of web designers use shortcuts to do this, such as using programs like Dreamweaver, the results of which are your website:-

  • Will contain many coding errors and is unlikely to work correctly across all internet browsers
  • Produces messy and lengthy code, which is difficult to update and maintain
  • Pages will not be Search engine optimised, which is likely to give you a lower ranking on the search engines
  • HTML will not be compliant with many standards and will have many accessibility issues, which will reduce your target audience
