All of their products are researched, developed and manufactured in their factory and each offers something a little unique, such as fragrances like Caffe Latte or Ginger Spice.
AutoGlanz approached us as their existing website was a hacked together e-commerce site that didn’t show off their unique brand identity or the fully custom nature of their products. They were in need of a website that not only showcased their full product range within an already saturated market but also reflected the people and the passion behind the AutoGlanz brand. They were also keen to have an easy to manage e-commerce platform that was user friendly and allowed for integration with Amazon.
The result is a sleek and professional online store that accentuates the AutoGlanz brand through a bespoke web design, putting them miles ahead of many of their competitors. With a design layout that supports large, high quality images, the new site has a strong visual impact. We built the new site on the Magento e-commerce platform and integrated PayPal and WorldPay to create a seamless journey for customers. The product pages were developed to allow for plenty of information including descriptions, videos, how to guides, plus suggestions of related products - as well as the ability to fully customise products. We also added live chat functionality to the site to enhance customer service, a stockist locator, a blog, newsletter sign up and integration with Amazon. Since launching the new website, AutoGlanz have seen a dramatic increase in sales and have attracted resellers from all over Europe including partners in both Belgium and Spain.
