Pick of the People is a company specialising in matching job vacancies with potential candidates. They believe that everybody should have the opportunity for an enjoyable and fulfilling career. Pick of the People has been formed to match people with the career they deserve.
Having worked with this client on a previous project they knew the quality our team can produce. This was a new venture for the client. The website needed to allow job seekers and employers to easily sign up and add their information and skills. It was also important to allow job seekers to search for jobs and employers to search for candidates. They also wanted to showcase success stories and continually add to them as the business grew, so the CMS (content management system) would need to be easy to navigate.

Having already built a similar recruitment website for a firm in a different sector, we took Pick of the People’s brief and discussed bespoke features. This website was a complete custom build and design by our development team. The build ensured the signup process was easy, quick and accessible.
A moderation system to enable the Pick of the People team to moderate applicants and employers; allowing them to improve the content and automate as many elements as possible to allow the company to be run efficiently. Pick of the People can easily add case studies, reply to enquiries and edit any of the content on the website. We built a powerful search system and hosted the website on one of our own servers. The website gives a seamless user experience for the various visitors and team members using the website.
